🧘♀️ Practice 60 classes in 60 days. If you miss a day, you can do a double as a makeup (no triples.)
📆 Start any time July 1-15 – sign up at the desk. You can also practice online – let us know and we’ll sign you up.
🌟 Track your progress with a star on the studio tracking board, or download one for your fridge.
🥳 Party with prizes at the end – share your experience with family and yoga pals.
A consistent and frequent Bikram Yoga practice brings optimal health and vitality. Taking good care of yourself in every moment of every class will make changes in your body and your life – that’s the goal of the 60 Day Challenge. Want a fresh start? All you need to do is show up and breathe, the rest will unfold, like a flower petal blooming. 🌸

Add more intention with a personal goal to get out of your comfort zone and gain new perspectives in your yoga practice. Here are some ideas:
- No wiping (drop that hand towel)
- Omit that smart watch (your body is smarter)
- Start every posture (surprise yourself)
- Get into your savasana quickly (think 3-2-1)
- Practice in new spots (go from front to back or vice versa)
- Alternate your grips (now that’s awkward!)
- Avoid the need for doubles (every day means every day)
- Stay in final savasana for five or more minutes (re-energize and revitalize)
