This posture workshop will be led by BYSJ owner and founder Michele Vennard and assisted by Matt and Sarah Newman. We will focus on this essential dynamic, which is critical to getting the most out of many yoga poses. Working with simple exercises and a selection of postures, you will learn techniques to go deeper and leverage balance. Anyone can do it, and everyone is welcome.
