International Day of Yoga is a United Nations resolution which aims to raise awareness worldwide of the many benefits of practicing yoga. It was proposed by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in 2014.
“Yoga embodies unity of mind and body, thought and action, restraint and fulfillment – it’s a holistic approach to health and well-being. Yoga is not just about exercise – it’s a way to discover the sense of oneness with yourself, the world, and nature. By changing our lifestyle and creating consciousness, it can help in well-being.” – Narendra Modi, Indian prime minister
Share the gift of yoga with your friends and family – invite those you care about to any one of our free classes to experience how this practice can free the body and mind. Pre-register today to ensure a spot!
