The 9th annual International Day of Yoga is Wednesday, June 21. It’s a great day to reflect on what this practice means to us and does for us.
Sustaining a Yoga Practice, No Matter What, is an abrupt way of saying, “The most important thing in your life is your life.” You get one life, so take care of it, no matter what. This International Day of Yoga, rise up in action to do your yoga, NO MATTER WHAT.

“Yoga embodies unity of mind and body, thought and action, restraint and fulfillment – it’s a holistic approach to health and well-being. Yoga is not just exercise – it’s a way to discover the sense of oneness with yourself, the world, and nature. By changing our lifestyle and creating consciousness, it can help in well-being.”
