Led by Matt Newman with hands-on assistance by Mari Mashimo and Sarah Newman, this two-hour interactive posture workshop is for beginners and experienced practitioners alike – everyone can do it. Bring your questions!

Build strength and stability in your legs to get the most out of your life. Learn how legs interact with the hips and spine to play a fundamental role in a healthy posture. Experiment with a range of standing, seated, and prone postures and exercises to help awaken the intelligence within our legs and body.

Come prepared to explore and work to expand and deepen your relationship to the most foundational part of your body.

This posture workshop is limited to 24 participants and pre-registration is required, so sign up today! The room will be warm but not hot. Bring a mat and towel – rentals are available. Arrive early to get signed in and set up – no late arrivals.
