Exciting news for our members: We have a new scheduling, booking, and account management system called Walla to make your studio experience even better. 🤗

Mindbody is no longer in operation and your information has been transferred. If you haven’t done so, please activate your Walla account – do not create a new one.

How to activate your account

  1. Go to the Class Schedule.
  2. Click on the login button – it will look like this:

  3. Click on forgot password, and use the same email you used for your Mindbody account. Do not create a new account.

After you activate your account, you’ll be able to book a class and review your account information. There’s also an app you can use – more information below.

FAQs

I’m having trouble setting up my account, can I come in anyways?

Absolutely. Pre-registration is normally required, but come in to the studio a bit early and we will help you out.

Will my payment information transfer?

Yes, we securely transferred all payment information so your recurring payments will not be interrupted.

How do I sign up for a class?

You can use the Walla app (see below) or our website. Studio classes and the livestream option are both on the Class Schedule page.

When do I get the livestream link? I don’t see it.

You can book a livestream class at any time and the link is sent to you up to an hour beforehand. If you book within an hour of class time, it will be sent to you shortly after. If you book right before class starts, the link may not get to you in time for any number of reasons – it’s best to book livestream classes a half-hour in advance.

If mail is going to junk, try adding automation@hellowalla.com to your contacts. You can also opt in to SMS (texting) for Transactional Notifications in your account profile as an additional way to get the link. And while you’re there, please opt in to Marketing Updates to stay up-to-date with all we do and offer.

If I can’t make it to class, how do I cancel?

On our website, go to the Class Schedule and log in (if you’re already logged in, click Manage Account.) Choose My Schedule from the menu, find the class, and click Cancel.

In the Walla app, your upcoming classes appear on the home screen. Choose the class, and click the cancel button.

There’s an app?

Yes! The Walla app is available to use after you activate your account. With the app you can book a class and view your upcoming schedule and class history, active plans, transaction history, payment methods, contact information, and communication preferences.

If you prefer to use our website, no problem, you’ll be able to fully manage your account when you log in on the Class Schedule page.

The iOS app for iPhone is available on the Apple App Store.

An Android app is coming soon. Until then, you can create a web app and include it on your home screen:

  • From your phone, start here
  • Click the login button and sign in with your new password
  • Tap the menu icon
  • Choose “Add to Home Screen”
  • Modify the name as desired and save
  • An app icon will appear on your home screen
